Return Policy
Effective Date: 30.12.2024
At Pala CNC Machinery, we believe in full transparency when it comes to the sale of used industrial equipment. This Return Policy outlines our terms regarding returns, exchanges, warranties, and after-sales support.
1. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds
-
All sales are final.
Once payment is made, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers purchasing second-hand machines understand and accept that these are used industrial products. -
Machines are sold as-is, without warranty.
All second-hand CNC machines are thoroughly inspected and tested before sale. However, due to the age and usage history of the equipment, mechanical issues may occur during or after transport. This is considered normal in the second-hand machinery trade. -
No performance or operational guarantees are provided once the machine leaves our facility in Taiwan.
2. Buyer Inspection & Responsibility
-
We strongly encourage buyers to visit our facility in Taiwan and inspect the machine before purchasing.
-
If preferred, the buyer may also arrange for third-party inspection or personally oversee the loading of the machine.
-
Machines can be delivered to our warehouse for inspection, or customers may bring their shipping contractor.
-
Once the machine is loaded onto the vessel (FOB Taiwan), all responsibility transfers to the buyer.
3. Warranty and After-Sales Support
-
No warranty is offered on any second-hand machines, either for parts or performance.
-
However, if a component fails or a replacement part is needed, we can assist in sourcing spare parts from Taiwan at the buyer’s request.
-
This service is not free and is subject to availability and pricing from part suppliers.
-
We do not guarantee delivery times or functionality of replacement parts.
-
4. International & Domestic Terms
-
For international buyers, machines are sold under FOB Taiwan terms.
-
Once loaded, shipping risks, insurance, customs, and damage are solely the buyer’s responsibility.
-
-
For customers within Taiwan, any post-sale service will be handled based on local terms and separate service agreements.
5. Customer Obligation
-
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
-
Inspect the machine before purchase.
-
Understand the nature of second-hand machinery.
-
Accept that minor or major issues may arise during shipment or installation.
-
Coordinate customs clearance and local logistics in the destination country.
-
