At Pala CNC Machinery, we are committed to delivering your machines securely, transparently, and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms, payment structure, and legal responsibilities for orders placed with us.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

  • Shipping availability may vary based on regional restrictions and import regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address information.


2. Shipping Terms – FOB Taiwan

  • All international shipments are conducted on a FOB (Free on Board) Taiwan basis.

  • Once the machine is safely loaded onto the vessel in Taiwan, all ownership, risk, and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

  • The buyer is responsible for:

    • Freight and insurance

    • All customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance procedures

  • All machines are sold strictly as-is, without warranty or return. Due to the nature of the used equipment and long-distance international shipping, no after-sales claims will be accepted.

  • Our obligation ends at the Taiwan port once loading is completed.


3. Shipping Within Taiwan

  • For deliveries within Taiwan, Pala CNC Machinery retains full responsibility for the machine until delivery is completed.

  • Any damage, loss, or transit-related issues within Taiwan will be handled and resolved by us directly.


4. Shipping Timeline and Payment Terms

  • Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 2 weeks after initial payment.

  • Payment Schedule:

    • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order and reserve the machine.

    • The remaining 70% balance must be paid when the machine is ready for shipment from our facility.

  • Export preparation, container booking, and documentation will only begin once full payment is received.

  • Estimated international transit time ranges from 14 to 45 days depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Shipping line schedules

    • Port congestion or vessel availability

    • Weather delays or customs inspections

  • Delivery time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics providers.


5. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days (transit time only).

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days.

  • Actual delivery time may vary based on customs clearance, freight route, and international conditions.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery destination.

  • Total shipping charges will be shared in advance and reflected in the invoice or checkout.

  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


7. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


8. Tracking Information

  • Once your machine is shipped, we will send a tracking number and relevant documents by email.

  • Please allow time for the freight tracking system to update after the departure of the vessel.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • For international shipments (FOB Taiwan): Pala CNC Machinery is not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage that occurs after the machine is handed over to the freight forwarder.

  • For shipments within Taiwan: We take full responsibility until delivery is completed.

10. Damaged or Missing Products (Used Equipment)

  • All machines sold by Pala CNC Machinery are used and sold as-is.

  • We provide no warranty, no return, and no after-sale claims once the machine leaves Taiwan.

  • We do not accept responsibility for:

    • Transit damage

    • Rust, wear, or aging

    • Cosmetic defects

    • Missing tools, accessories, or components

  • Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect machines in person or request a detailed video inspection before shipment.

  • No claims of any kind will be accepted after the machine is loaded at the Taiwan port.


11. International Shipping and Customs

  • The buyer is responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.

  • All import-related costs (duties, taxes, documentation, inspection) are to be covered by the buyer.

  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in the machine being returned or destroyed. No refund will be issued in such cases.


12. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate shipping information is provided.

  • Be present or arrange to receive the shipment upon delivery.

  • Cooperate with local customs or logistics partners if necessary.

  • Understand and accept the risks and conditions associated with purchasing second-hand machinery internationally.

Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Pala CNC Machinery, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following:

  • Machines are second-hand and sold without warranty or return rights.

  • All international orders are subject to FOB Taiwan terms.

  • Responsibility for the machine transfers to the buyer once it is loaded at the port.

  • The buyer accepts all risks related to transit, customs, and the condition of used machinery.
